Can I use Struct for free?+
Yes. Solo includes one synchronized organization seat, unlimited private offline projects, all eight discipline libraries, linked specifications, imports, exports, and five project-aware agent prompts per UTC day.
Who counts as a paid seat?+
An organization member occupies a seat. Stakeholders who open a review link do not need to join the organization or consume a paid seat.
Why is there a two-seat minimum?+
Team and Business are built for shared work. Two seats establish the smallest collaborative organization while Solo remains complete for one person.
How does annual billing work?+
The displayed annual rate is the effective monthly price per seat. Team is $144 per seat per year and Business is $348 per seat per year, charged annually.
Can I change plans or seats later?+
Yes. Organization owners can change the plan and seat count from Plans & billing. Stripe prorates eligible changes and keeps invoices and payment methods in the customer portal.
What is the difference between Team and Business?+
Team is for live collaborative engineering. Business adds identity and governance needs such as enforced OpenID Connect SSO, verified domains, retention controls, audit history, and priority rollout support.
